Get ready to see the wacky family tale come to life in a fantastic musical spectacle. It’s no other than THE ADDAMS FAMILY, live on stage in U.S. theatres this year. Featuring the original story by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, the familiar tale based on the characters created by Charles Addams will shake up and touch your hearts just as the classic story did. With music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa + choreography by Keith Andrews, it’s a dazzling ride through a story packed with humor and heart.

A FAMILIAR TALE

The Addams Family musical takes you on a wild ride through a classical tale that’s familiar, fresh, and pretty hilarious. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and got herself a charming boyfriend — a secret that only her father Gomez knows. Well, actually it’s much more complicated than that because this smart young man comes from a respectable family. Keeping the secret from mom, how will Gomez handle the secret until the two families come together for dinner. With hilarious consequences coming up, it’s a heartwarming tale of young love, family, friendship, and wacky antics with many twists.

With Uncle Fester, Lurch, Pugsley, Grandma and more favorite characters in the show, get ready to be entertained as your hearts shake up for this bittersweet & funny tale. 

A FANTASTIC CAST

The fantastic spectacle will feature a renowned cast that boasts tons of experience in the industry. These actors & artists have performed around the globe, making them a fine selection to bring The Addams Family story to life. 

As cited from a news release about its early show at The Gateway, Aaron De Jesus will be playing Gomez Addams. This actor has played roles in the Off-Broadway Jersey Boys, Broadway National Tour Jersey Boys, and The Lion King. Next, we have Jennifer Byrne as Morticia Addams, who has played roles in The Donna Summer Musical, Evil Dead The Musical, Off-Broadway Nevermore: The Imaginery, and many more notable works. Playing Wednesday Addams, we have Malia Monk who has showcased outstanding talent in Regional Rock of Ages, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and Mamia Mia!

For its U.S. run, we have a list of principal casts wherein Rodrigo Aragon plays Gomez Addams, Renee Kathleen Koher as Morticia Addams, and Melody Munitz taking the role of Wednesday Addams.
