This Spring, get ready to have FUN celebrating K-pop in a REALLY FUN way with the concert Forever K-Pop coming to the McAllen Performing Arts Center on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026. Doors open at 2:30pm, show at 3pm. TWO high-energy acts featuring SINGING, DANCING, COSTUMES and SET DESIGN will inspire audiences, in the style of the movie KPop Demon Hunters. Artists will combine their talents on stage performing K-pop hits by BTS, BLACKPINK, NewJeans, Jungkook, Stray Kids, Katseye, Huntrix, Saja Boys and many more.

Presented by Right Angle Entertainment and Maple Tree Entertainment, Forever K-Pop will tour 35 cities across the US including Bloomington, Indianapolis, New York, Tampa, Los Angeles, Denver and many more.

BTS

Catch a performance of are “Dynamite”, “Butter”, “Permission to Dance”, “Boy With Luv” and “Fake Love”. No matter what you catch a performance of these songs will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and get you hyped.

A K-pop group based in South Korea, BTS is made up of seven members, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook. The group combines elements of K-pop, hip-hop, R&B and EDM with their lyrics often focusing on mental health and self-empowerment. 

BLACKPINK

Songs like “How You Like That,” “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du,” “Kill This Love,” “Pink Venom,” and “Boombayah.” Watch as K-POP FOREVER artists perform these anthems and show off their impressive choreography.

The YG Entertainment formed girl group is composed of members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. They were formed in 2016 and have since become global pop icons. The all-female K-pop group who became the first K-pop act to win at the MTV Video Music Awards and the highest-charting female K-pop act on the Billboard Hot 100. 

Stray Kids

Songs include ‘God’s Menu’, ‘Back Door’, ‘Maniac’, ‘S-Class’, and ‘Thunderous’. Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin and I.N are the eight members of the K-pop boy band that was chosen as the winner of a reality competition held by JYP Entertainment in 2017. They have received several Billboard Music Awards. They also became the first K-pop group to have their album on the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart for 5 weeks consecutively with over 10 million album sales.

The McAllen Performing Arts Center will bring world class performing arts to South Texas, in addition to providing a state-of-the-art venue with surround sound and a hydraulic stage. Choose from three levels of seating – orchestra, mezzanine and balcony – and accommodate an audience of up to 1,800.
