TINA: The Tina Turner Musical was developed between 2015 and 2016 by Stage Entertainment, with Tina Turner herself in attendance. The exceptional book for the musical production took shape at the hands of Frank Ketelaar, Kees Prins, and Katori Hall - and what ended up on the stage, is an experience that is anything but a sob story - it celebrates triumph over adversity; it is river deep and mountain high; it is a powerful portrayal of Tina Turner’s legacy by a cast that carries her voice in their throats and souls; it is musical theatre as good as it gets.
